Minor Works and Low Level Equipment

The Adaptations Service handle minor works. These should be managed in line with the Minor Works Guidance. This can be found in the Local Resources. The referral form can also be found there.

All equipment, regardless of complexity must be arranged by an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist via the Tess Community Equipment System.
